Service Scope
We deliver advisory services related to environmental compliance, ESG data architecture, and audit preparation. Deliverables are based on information provided by the client and current regulatory frameworks. No guarantee of specific audit outcomes is made.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete data, documentation, and access to relevant personnel. Delays or inaccuracies in client-supplied information may affect service timelines and deliverables.
Limitation of Liability
WildflowerGrowth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advisory services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for services rendered up to the effective date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools developed by WildflowerGrowth remain our intellectual property. Client data and reports produced for a specific engagement are owned by the client.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to the primary contact on file.
